This service would be best for someone who doesn't have the time to research or do anything related to pregnancy care and the preparation for your baby's arrival. Maybe you work full time, or you generally are someone who feels overwhelmed by tasks, to-dos and all the available information on Google - let me sift through the unnecessary information and provide you with what is most relevant to you.

  • Weekly in-person or virtual 60-minute mindful pregnancy yoga sessions, for the remainder of your pregnancy

  • Two at-home visits to help get you, your baby and home organized (recommended in 2nd or 3rd trimester)

  • Weekly scheduled 1-hour call, coffee date or at-home meet-up

  • Unlimited text/email, 7 days/week

The most sought-after package, this is really what will bring you peace of mind as you feel like your expected due date is approaching. This is designed for the family that has the most important things completed, but desire additional support and guidance during pregnancy - refining the details, especially when it comes to finalizing decisions, purchases, space at home, and overall mum-to-be well-being. Whether you have a question google keeps giving you contradicting information on, or just don’t know where to start, or maybe you’re just too busy to sort through items that have been handed down or gifted to you, we work together to ensure these tasks are getting accomplished in a stress-free manner, while ensuring you are enjoying your pregnancy to the max. I want to keep you on track, help you focus on your pregnancy and be your Baby Planner Coach every step of the way.

Ongoing Trimester Support

I love to offer my mummies ongoing support no matter what stage they are in. Ongoing support can be booked by trimester, and gives you the opportunity to check in with me every day, any time, to ask any questions or advice you need.
