Large black underwear
Yoga nidra playlist to help you nap during the day
Water bottle
Mother’s milk tea (if you’re breastfeeding)
Red raspberry leaf tea (to help with recovery)
Epsom salt for relaxation and if you have hemorrhoids
REN Rose Body Oil (releases oxytocin & smells divine - great for after shower use)
Paracetamol or Tylenol (always consult with doctor first)
