Questions to ask during your hospital tour
What do I need to do if I go into labor at home? Should I wait until contractions are X number of minutes apart? Take tylenol/paracetamol until contractions get stronger before I come into the hospital?
Where do I go when it's time for labor? Is there a different place to go in the middle of the night?
Is there anything specific I need to bring with me when I'm in labor, besides my hospital bag?
Is a car seat required? Even if I plan to walk home?
What types of birthing rooms are available? Can I labor, give birth and recover in one room?
In your opinion, what’s the best room in the maternity ward?
